Job Summary: 

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist for Products and Solutions at Xalten Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving both marketing and sales efforts for our innovative products and solutions. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns, developing compelling product messaging, engaging with target audiences, and generating qualified leads. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers, providing effective solutions based on customer needs and consulting with R&D and operations teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment while contributing to the success of cutting-edge solutions.


Responsibilities:

Build the Brand Image:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products and solutions on various online platforms and social media channels.

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.

  • Monitor online presence and actively manage social media accounts to build a positive brand image and foster strong customer relationships.

Customer Needs Assessment and Solutions:

  • Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) and Operations teams to understand the technical aspects of our products and their applications.

  • Conduct customer needs assessments to gather insights into their pain points and challenges, and propose effective solutions based on our offerings.

Market Research and Customer Segmentation:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for our products and solutions.

  • Segment the target market based on demographics, behaviour, and specific industry needs to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

Technology Marketing and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement technology-focused marketing initiatives that showcase the unique features and advantages of our products and solutions.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including website landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and industry events.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process, providing product expertise and addressing customer inquiries.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential customers.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and engagement initiatives.

Regular Customer Feedback and Documentation:

  • Document and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and influence product development and enhancement decisions.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and concerns.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports to management.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies, improve lead conversion, and enhance overall customer engagement.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including Sales, R&D, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies with company goals.

  • Provide support to the Sales and Customer Support teams by creating sales enablement materials, product documentation, and marketing collateral.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in technology marketing and lead generation, preferably within the tech industry or related domains.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content creation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative marketing and sales strategies.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Experience in the robotics, embedded systems, or sensor industries would be advantageous.
